Delivery & Handling Charges

Pre-paid orders
Free standard shipping on all orders SAR 250 and above. A charge of SAR 20 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the SAR 250 free shipping threshold. All orders to Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders to all other provinces are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders received after 1400hrs will be processed on the next business day.

Cash on delivery

Ship to store
Currently we do not ship orders to M.A.C Cosmetics Stores for customer collection. We will notify you when this option becomes available in your country.

P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we only ship to full addresses. See our Checkout Order Form for all mandatory location information we need to ship.

* All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Please note that our courier does not operate on Friday’s.

All orders to Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders to all other provinces are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding major holidays.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. They will strive to deliver your M·A·C Cosmetics Online purchase in the defined time period and shall make no less than two further attempts to deliver to the delivery address submitted. They shall obtain an electronic signature ‘proof of delivery’ which is required for confirmation purposes by M·A·C Cosmetics.

For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change.

SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

We are currently unable to accept orders shipped to destinations outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. Access your order status by signing in to your ACCOUNT or CONTACT US.
